  • Unavailability of expert resources with the right skill.
  • Utilization of experts
  • Third-party integration challenges to enhance the product functionality
  • Lack of the right tools and resources to keep customers happy
  • Outdated supply chain management practices
  • Upgradations not made to the latest version
  • Poor monitoring of servers deployed
  • Lack of knowledge of GitHub-specific administration activities
  • Manual tasks which are time-consuming

What is GitHub Post Implementation Support?

Post-implementation support is proposed after the tools/solution have been deployed. It is generally technical support or break/fix service that is delivered for specific software products.

Software products and technologies covered under this category include commercial and custom operating systems, application software, and infrastructure software. Software support services do not include software license code updates and upgrades, which vendors often report as software maintenance.

The post-implementation support offers to ensure a smooth, effective transition & oversee the project activities & further assess improvement

GitHub post-implementation support is a fixed-duration engagement designed to help our customers leverage the GitHub best practices tailored to their organization’s needs.

GitHub post-implementation may include the following areas without being limited to only these areas –

  • Support users with queries on GitHub along with DevSecOps implementation
  • Workshops for users on working in a repository, GitHub workflow, best practices on permissions
  • GitHub server maintenance activities related to upgrading the server, health checks of the server, monitoring of the server
